the only date in the US Constitution is JAN 20... that is the only one that matters... now there is precedent that some election were not settled then... and i believe the date is arbitrary especially if DJT has all the evidence... the other angle that stops date is EO 13848 concerning foreign election interference that made a declaration of a national emergency since SEPT 12 2018... that report is due out Friday 12/18/20202...
