No power in Loudoun County about 25 miles from DC. Probably nothing, but very unusual.

No bad weather here. Power company says it will probably be out 5-6 hours. This is not regular. Probably nothing, but still.

CIA for one, and a TON of Federal Gov't workers.

Probably nothing. There has been quite a few power outages due to the ice storm we had a few days back, a lot of downed trees and limbs that snapped that are just hanging on other limbs, just waiting to fall and wreak havoc on power lines.
