Well... hmmmm, if he thinks that is best. I would have preferred that he do a "pocket veto", put the thing on ice, and force Congress to come back to DC to reformulate the bill. Maybe that will happen with his veto, however Congress is in a mood to override his veto and that POS becomes law....all the pork, the measly crumbs of $600 to us peons, and $1800 to illegals and their families.
