Pocket beto good if the bill doesn't get to him before midnight tonight. He has till 11:59pm on Jan 4. That's when congress recesses. Of they give it to him tomorrow he can pocket it Nd the clock won't run out making it automatic law. He can hold it, invome the insurrection act before the 4th and the. Hold his victory rely on the 6th.
