I put that into a gematria calculator and came up with a numerical value that equaled to the name Donald J Wolford Jr. That name is funny and similar to trump so I googled it. He has a patent owned by IBM for: Method for producing high energy electroluminescent devices Patent number: 5151383

I don’t understand the specifics I’m not in that field. But seems interdasting
