Just a thought I had this afternoon. We all know that several (many?) Republican House Reps have signed on with at least one Republican Senator to contest the envelopes that Pence will open.

I believe that I've read these concerns must be submitted IN WRITING prior to the Jan 6th count.

We also know that five/six states have submitted competing slates of electors.

Have any Democrat House Reps and or Democrat Senators done the same?

Seriously, what happens if Pence tosses the 'fake' electors and just decides to count the State Legislature electors? If the Dems haven't submitted anything IN WRITING prior to the count, and he has Plenary and Unappealable powers, do the Democrats even have 'a leg to stand on" ?
