I know POTUS can’t fire the VP once in off is but can the VP who is down in be different from the VP who campaigned with him?
Wouldn’t that be something else if Pence was switched out, last minute, with Flynn?

I did see an anon theory that Pence plotted with the deep state in an attempt to assassinate GEOTUS. Mentioned something about a shooting a ways back. Would make sense, also Pence got a golden ticket at HWs funeral. Maybe Pence got the golden ticket, realized he was fucked tried to plot against GEOTUS, got caught but nothing can be done until everything is lined up. Which is now. Or maybe he became a double DS agent and in return he would just be able to walk away from politics

What if pence is legit? Why all a sudden the doubt and who planted the seed? Personally I dont knows naturally. But it's pretty odd the hard press against him right now. Just like with senators everybody demands come out. Who knows what the play is at this point other than the obvious. I think they told us as much as they possibly can without coming out amd saying it. The confidence from GEOTUS and his lawyers confirms what we are timid about. But until we actually see it the skeptisiscm is validated. I just look at it with a longer view maybe or I'm drunk ?

I understand why they would. A lot is on pence right now. If they make it look like his own side has doubts, it relaxes the other side. All a sudden they are pro pence. It probably isnt that simple but I hope you know what I mean

I think that's intentional disinfo. I can't say if Pence is part of the overarching plan, but it certainly seems he is trusted in Trump's circle. I believe he has a similar function as Barr, a turned asset. Lin's tweets have been very specific, targeted information aimed at certain individuals likely representing truth... this particular information is a lie hidden amongst a flurry of known truth so that the enemy still thinks they have the upper hand.

I was worried about Pence, what blew me away was SecDef Chris Miller thanking Pence for guidance in recent difficult operations. If POTUS put him in charge of the ops, he must be on side.
Bad actors can also provide guidance in that their actions require good actors to consider and plan how best to counter those actions.
Like DJT, Pence was ELECTED, not appointed. He doesn't serve at the President's pleasure, so he can't be fired in the normal sense of that word.
Good point. Trump can hire and fire cabinet members at will, but a VP can only resign himself.
To switch VP's at this point, it would require the Electoral College to re-vote (in coordination with Trump and the RNC), and re-send certificates...FAST. Once those votes are in and accepted, Pence becomes elected. If he announced resignation at that point, I would think that the choice would fall to Trump's nomination...BUT it would be subject to Congressional advice and consent from both chambers. Meaning Pelosi could tie Trump's hands in this by only consenting to a real dud.

I didn’t say he resigned. He apparently said he will not pursue a career in politics and therefore will not run for President in 2024.
