I used to think this - but my concern is whether or not state legislatures would hold the line. So many US Reps and Senators have cucked out.

I do think the more local the level the better our chances though (of finding Patriots).

Ellis described the steps she believed could be taken lawfully:

*Pence should not open any of the votes from the six states, and instead direct a question to the legislatures asking them to confirm which of the two slates of electors have in fact been chosen in the manner the legislature has provided for under Article II, Section 1.2 of the U.S. Constitution.

*The Vice President should open all other votes from states where electors have been certified and not contested, and count accordingly.

*The question would then require a response from the legislatures, which would then need to meet in an emergency electoral session.

That would have POTUS ahead in votes cast. States legislatures could then deal with their votes as they see fit.

Ya. GA, PA, and WI already have major state level push underway to decertify results. GA + PA and ANY ONE of WI, AZ, or MI give 270+ for TRUMP = WIN. All five States have GOP majorities.

I'm ready for all of the "Constitutional Scholars" in our government who don't even bother to read the bills that pass in front of them, nor write the ones they sponsor to tell us it isn't so. The headless newsmen will of course echo how it's unconstitutional.

Arrests happening no matter what. Also, the Constitution will be followed no matter what. The discussion of the day is HOW SPECIFICALLY the Constitution will be followed? The article above presents yet another viable Constitutional option. Panic in DC is at least partly because arrests are imminent and/or may already be underway.
