Why wouldn’t he hold it over peoples heads as well to get what was needed?

Possible he just knows it exists but doesn't have the 'video / email / documentation' that is held by the Deep State.
Hopefully in the past 4 (or more) years, Trump and Trump Team has been able to get their own DIRECT evidence of Treason/Sedition.
