Why wouldn’t he hold it over peoples heads as well to get what was needed?

My guess is this and please don't think I'm a naysayer. While I feel that Trump runs his politics above board and puts his toes right up to the line I don't think he would in politics. In business, probably another story because I don't believe business people attain that level without some sort of bull crap. I just happen to believe he can keep the two worlds separate.
