Do we have any indication who controls that Twitter account? Cause in theory anyone could have done it...

But regardless I see the tweet below it. Also note the tweet was sent at 6:17pm, convenient.

No. The Q post said to look for a message BEGINNING with "My fellow Americans, the storm is upon us..."

Q also said in later posts that it would be from POTUS.

If it doesn't come from POTUS himself, it's wrong.
