Maybe, although I still don't understand why they would need the laptop if they have the NSA. Also, what others point out, would they have their dirty illicit laptop used for crime sitting out and easy to find?

I have seen 0 evidence that NSA is not just as compromised as other agencies. I believe the military had to collect the evidence directly.
