Right before that he was talking about the wall and said something along the lines of "I hope the next administration doesn't remove it". Something like that.

Though he never said "I concede" and he never said "The next administration is the Biden administration".

I ain't giving up hope yet, but it was demoralizing.

Though how would he make the deep state think he was giving up while simultaneously filling us with hope? Hopefully we are watching a movie, hopefully disinfo is necessary.
