I've only seen a copy of the letter on the Navy site. A copy of the letter contained in a message. For all I know some Petty Officer was given the letter after it was downloaded from the fake news websites, passed of as legit, and then transmitted out to the fleet.
When have you known an official document from the government label them as "policeman" would never happen. They would use thw official title of Law Enforcement Officer. Or something to that effect. And also look at the punctuation. Have errors. "Official" military document errors are a NOGO
Actually, all I've seen from any .mil site is a message which just contains the copy of the fake news letter posted today.
Have you been able to find the original message on a .gov or .mil site?
Apparently it's on the Navy site, according to alternative posts of this stupid letter that's been happening.

I guess we'll find out the truth soon enough.

With no date on it either? I still think it's fake.
