They wouldn't be in the know about what was gonna happen now, would they? They would expect Biden to be getting sworn in on the 20th.

They have to be objective. But they did say they would take their Oath to uphold the Constitution and to protect the US from enemies both Foreign AND Domestic. So no sweat.
