The point of Q was to instill discipline. Dude literally said only military could fix this. Also made it clear that anons would freak out and cry like Naval Cadets when Skipper turns [license] in and walks away. But how did Skipper keep his license? By first turning his back and walking away. Giving up was easy. Taking the blame was hard. Skipper took the blame for the negligent deaths of the woman who loved him and the men who admired him.
Who died at Capitol? The woman who loved him and the men who admired him.

Yes. He hands over to military and lets them do their thing. Knowing that the Military will transfer back to civilian control in March.
In movie Captain is brought up on charges of negligent manslaughter for several sailors who died. During trial, his men try to take 100% of blame. The men want the Captain to remain a captain. The Captain won’t have it. He walks up to Judge, hands over his sailing license, says resigning is easy, taking responsibility is hard, turns and starts to walk out of the courtroom. His men are like, “Was it a lie? WWG1WGA! And we are still here!!” In movie, to stay a sailor, he first has to take responsibility and resign. The military realizes that only a Captain who would resign is qualified to remain a Captain.
In real life, years ago, our side realized that the CIA would always frame Trump for the deaths of woman who loved him and men in blue who admired him. Trump was two steps ahead of them. White Squall was a movie to motivate Autistic MAGA followers and instill discipline and order into the citizen journalist. But it was also preparing them for the time when Trump would blamed for the death of the woman who loved him and the deaths of service men who admired him.
