The Captain won’t have it. He walks up to Judge, hands over his sailing license, says resigning is easy, taking responsibility is hard, turns and starts to walk out of the courtroom. His men are like, “Was it a lie? WWG1WGA! And we are still here!!” In movie, to stay a sailor, he first has to take responsibility and resign. The military realizes that only a Captain who would resign is qualified to remain a Captain.
In real life, years ago, our side realized that the CIA would always frame Trump for the deaths of woman who loved him and men in blue who admired him. Trump was two steps ahead of them.
