Which basically lifted the prohibition on the use of domestic propaganda and allowed all media to publish propaganda that would normally have been only allowed overseas...

There’s more to it than that and I recommend that people do some research.... because that Act was the catalyst to the way the media and reporters now report stories and articles.... just as we have seen in the last 4 years..!!
