I'm not sure how "changes your DNA so you are no longer human" translates to "tampers with your brain functions". Both of them translate to "put you beyond God's power to save".
And in either case, whether you like the vaccine or not (I don't), that sort of nonsense works against faith in the Almighty God, as well as accusing the brethren who do get the vaccine.
