FEMA is the only federal agency that can proceed with continuity of government and hold their own military courts.
This way Trump can clean house without being considered a dictator, and being inaugurated later as the legitimate president.
With everything happening in DC being controlled by the military at this point, I believe this is inevitable.
And yes this is why the Biden inauguration rehearsal was “delayed”, because it won’t happen.
It’s also why Trump said he won’t “go to the inauguration on the 20th”, because it won’t happen.
This is the only way to drain the swamp without relying on corrupt civilian courts.

FEMA is meant to be used when a constitutional crisis or disaster happens and the federal government can’t operate.
FEMA are above the US constitution and can seize property and assets from whoever they please without explanation or a warrant, same with arrests and trials.
The american government from local governments, to the courts, to congress is so infiltrated by China that I believe this is the route Trump must take, and I believe is already taking.

It is curious to consider however, that the National Guard checkpoints in DC are only for people leaving DC.
You don’t need to pass through a checkpoint if you are entering DC, only when you are leaving.
