Any time you see a byline of Sorcha Fall (not the case here) disregard it completely. Virtually anything from "What Does It Mean?" contains Sorcha Fall disinfo.
In the case of this report, any time you see something confirmed by Russian MoD such as;
"The MoD report has been confirmed by General Staff Deputy Defense Minister Tatiana Shevtsova after a copy was obtained by the Kremlin. Shevtsova stated that Russia has “high confidence”.............."
It is almost certainly disinfo sourced from Sorcha Faal without credit.
