If you view the page source and search for 'ty2udate431' you can see that its hard coded to '01:46 18th January 2021' and then some javascript runs on page load to set it to the current time.

So it's not UTC time. Wonder why they chose to hardcode that time though...

Thank you for the info. I don’t know anything about computers or technology so I am thankful for all the people looking into the is. I saw it and thought it was very interesting so just wanted to share. Is it typical to hardcode times or what is the purpose of doing so typically?
