Anyone have some good proof to explain to someone how it wasn't MAGA supporters that stormed the capitol?

You can’t prove a negative. Especially to idiots. I have heard in videos taken inside Capitol, Trump people yelling “Don’t break anything”, “Don’t touch stuff on the desks!”, “ Leave everything alone!”.
