I do not like this giving away power angle - continuity demands that there is always a leader, always a president. Trump will at all times remain and continue to be President until China Joe is gently remanded into comfortable custody and given a cool drink and a set of rubber tits to play with while his trial is scheduled.

Is there a certain time and day that the military could step up, beyond Trump's control?
