He didn’t say anything in the speech in Delaware today. He just cried and thanked for all the help for his family.

One thing he did talk about which I thought was weird. He was talking about himself dying...?

Yeah, it was very odd. Talking about being a son of Delaware. No mention of Scranton. He said "when I die, Delaware will be written on my heart."
