It's all in reference to an occupying force/occupied territory. What is DC right now? DC technically is a city-state, just like the Vatican and City of London, a territory of its own outside the jurisdiction of the country it resides in.
Trump moved in his loyal military right before leaving. Biden was inaugurated illegitimately, giving an enemy authority over the territory, making it officially considered "occupied territory." Only now our own military has DC occupied, so which way it goes technically I'm unsure, but what I do know, is that there most certainly is something to all of this.
Hopefully, somebody else can explain more as to what all this really entails but that's the gist to the best of my recollection.

It is funny, but one of my earliest political memories is Carter's concession speech when he lost to Reagan. I saw the feed glitching. I noticed the changes in people placement. I just ran out of time to find the video. Got off work today and saw others found it. I never gave up. The “inauguration” yesterday “live” (no it wasn’t.) gave me all the hopium I needed. And today a lot of conservative msm are picking it up. OR as some of the not so sure if we should actually believe them or not theorists have been saying (like parks) that the media is being told what to show and when. And suddenly today they are going “hmmmm”? It’s definitely happening.
Ok something I didn’t think much about at the time: I was watching the inauguration live stream on dlive from someone who was aggregating a bunch of channels. Every station was broadcasting the exact same camera angles, cuts, transitions, and b-roll. I know news channels will often share the same feeds, so didn’t think much of it, but wouldn’t at least one of the channels use their own cameras? Anyone know if there are only a few official camera feeds and no external ones normally for an inauguration? They were all slightly out of sync too. A mundane explanation is that they were all on different time delays, but could be every station pressing play at slightly different times?
It's normal for them to be slightly out of sync. They're all coming routed through different physical locations, different equipment, and some are on slower or faster connections.
Interesting that they all had the same feed, I would certainly expect them to have at least a couple. Would think FOX would have one, CNN, etc - maybe 3 or 4 different streams that are broadcast to their affiliate networks, or sold to other smaller networks.
Going to look back at the 2016 inauguration to see if this was also the case. Will update.
Ok - update time. It looks like for Trump's inauguration, all the networks were using the same camera feeds, but they did use different cuts between cameras, transitions, etc. For an event like this, I could see the White House providing the camera feeds, and leaving the networks up to cutting and splicing it how they wanted to. Just my thoughts.

What I saw on that video was a gaggle of random companies standing around, loosely in ranks, and not rendering honors. that is the first time I saw that. I thought it might not be a presidential motorcade at all but then I saw another video from outside the motorcade that clearly showed it was indeed the real thing. And those NG were doing exactly what we saw them doing in the first video. Same faces, same groupings. Never saw that in my life. So still something is not quite right here.

No, that's exactly how it works -- Article II, Section 4 specifies impeachment as a remedy for REMOVING a sitting president from office. Nowhere is it specified or inferred that impeachment is something that can be used against a FORMER president. A former president, as a private citizen, is subject to the legal jurisdiction of the court system and not Congress.
So Trump literally CANNOT be impeached, any more than you or I or anyone else could. It's absurd. Otherwise, the impeachment process could be weaponized to pre-emptively bar literally anybody from government they wanted to keep out.
Unless, of course, Congress is signaling by pursuing this that there's something we don't know about.
The Senate cannot hold a trial to convict and remove a non-officeholder. The further punishment of disqualification cannot be pursued against someone for whom no Senate trial can be held. The ENTIRE process of presidential impeachment and trial, as spelled out in the letter and obvious intent of the Constitution, assumes a sitting president.
They cannot, Constitutionally, conduct a TRIAL. He is not in office. He cannot be removed from an office he does not hold, which is the entire purpose of impeachment. Any further proceedings would be a punitive and illegal showtrial of a private citizen.

Is it typical for all justices to be present for inauguration? Given their previous history, I wouldn't be surprised if Clarence doesn't want to be in the same room as Biden let alone attend an inauguration for Alzheimer-in-chief.

I really think Trump’s demeanor changed after 1/6 as he realized the gravity of everything. Not that it was new to him but it was that “oh shit” moment where things moved forward in an irrevocable manner. I think most of us hoped for something magical related to the election fraud but this day was when things changed. I also think there is that aspect of appearing weak when you are strong - but when he has done that in the past it has always been an obvious act on his part (feigning ignorance with sarcastic undertones for example)... his behavior since 1/6 was not this. I know Trump and God have got this - POTUS helped us all get to where we are now. I thank both of them every day for opening my eyes to the world.
