Gold fringe is often displayed at speeches and ceremonies.

But,

When displayed in a court of law it symbolizes that the constitution has been suspended and martial law is in effect.

That’s because the we’ve been in martial law since the civilian war. Lincoln didn’t have time to lift it before he was assassinated. Grant mortgaged the future US citizens as collateral, by taking a loan from the City of London/Crown and thus the UNITED STATES INC held by the Vatican, thus the nightmare of the FED etc. People haven’t been taught the history because they took control of publishing and history books
