Twitter is real. I just checked. But, I see no evidence of Cruz posting on 4chan. Post is on /pol/, not /halfpol/ and it clearly says by Anonymous.

Look at the screenshot. It says "Tweet your reply" and shows Ted Cruz's avatar. The only person who could have taken that screenshot is the person logged into Ted Cruz's Twitter account.

I must admit that I don't know shit about Twitter, but without a Twitter account I can see it because the "Tweet your reply" part is from a screenshot and not from Twitter itself.
