Twitter is real. I just checked. But, I see no evidence of Cruz posting on 4chan. Post is on /pol/, not /halfpol/ and it clearly says by Anonymous.

The assumption that it is Cruz comes from the fact that the screenshot had to have been taken by Cruz because of the avatar. Proof? Not really. Interesting? A little.
