Searching the previous version for the same search terms returns the same results. In fact, there's a link for amendments at the top of each section and the only one in that results list that seems to have changed recently is this one and the change was updating a definition for "active duty" as it relates to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
The "Text contains those laws in effect on January 21, 2021" that appears at the top of the sections just indicates that the section is updated as of yesterday. You'll find that on every single section (to be fair, I haven't checked everything but I've looked through some of the more specific, innocuous sections and it appears there) .
