If NG is under the command of Commander in Chief, then why are they still there? Kinda weird. Why would Biden keep the NG at the capitol hill?

Yeah, I don't know. It's weird. I want to believe it has something to do with what we all hope and expect to happen with the real potus. But I can't say with certainty.
