But, fren, since I got you on direct dial here, I’ll throw at you one more (lengthy, it turned out) thought, and then leave you alone. No particular need to respond. I’m sure you’re busy: —— I, and every other honest person on this board, respects each other here. Maybe there are some jokes, and some awkward misinterpretations, and hopefully some reasonable and productive disagreements... but mutual honesty conveys, cultivates, and requires respect.

And then you’ve got transparent fucknozzles like this crapweasel (https://greatawakening.win/u/For-The-Win/ ) and a shitpile of others just like him, who ceaseless post absolutely garbage that maliciously manages to lampoon and/or mislead every honest person here, before retreating behind the tiredest troll techniques in the book. And they’ve somehow persisted like bedbugs.

And I think it’s awful, and will continue to call out their disingenuousness and their malignancy as long as I’m here, in whatever form. And have a bit of fun doing it. (I can, do, and will happily ignore the straight-insult trolls) But I’d commend the mods to examine how to reign in this stuff even more.

Because what I think you (and me, too, though it’s certainly not my site) want is not a “free speech” zone, which trolls always disingenuously demand, or some “truth only” zone, an appealing-sounding but insane straw man proposition which I admittedly just made up, and which would turn into a dystopian (and unproductive) hellscape within the span of 1/2 an hour.

But an “honesty-only” forum, that expects mere honesty as a common denominator, is truly not that difficult to create in an online forum by making just a few logistical tweaks. But that’s another conversation.
