Never trust their motives. Theyre not above allowing republicans to request the return of their NG to their home stares, then pulling a false flag, only to say "if only the republicans hadnt been petty and removed those guards! We now need emergency legislation to give control of state NG to congress and the president to make sure this never happens again!"
