I’d look at the quality of your Zinc. Picolinate is what you want for absorption. Quercitin improves absorption further. Oxides are bad for absorption.
Magnesium same thing. Get Chloride, and preferably the spray. Oxides are bad.
Selenium I like from brazil nuts.
MSM Sulfur detoxes arsenic. Competes with Copper for absorption so take separately.
Iodine detoxes fluoride, mercury, lead and other heavy metals from thyroid. You need Sea Salt with this for excretion.
Boron detoxes same as iodine and boosts bone and parathyroid health. ‘Nothing Boring about Boron’ research study shows promise for curing arthritis.
C and B are needed for all these minerals. Copper helps absorption.
Okay thank you! What do you think of sea kelp? That's what I use for iodine now because I was concerned what straight iodine would do to my thyroid. I know these things all work together so if I do too much of one thing, I can cause another problem. I try to stick with whole food supplements instead of synthetic.

Morning:
Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon in water
Iodine 1-2 drops in separate water
Boron 6mg
Selenium (4 brazil nuts)
Little later Morning with food:
Copper 6mg
Magnesium oil arms and shoulders
Fish oil
Multi
Beef Liver Brain
Lunch:
MSM Sulfur 1mg
Before Dinner empty stomach:
Vitamin B-complex
Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin sublingual
Vitamin C 2mg
With Dinner:
Fish oil
Multi
MSM Sulfur 1mg
Magnesium+Potassium (375mg+450mg)
Before bed:
Zinc Picolinate 22mg
Zinc+Quercitin combo, 22mg and 400mg
