If everything about the US Corporation is true, then Trump’s first term will start this year and he could also run again in 2024.

It's not true. Bunch of fucktards need to learn reading comprehension. The language in the 1871 act refers to incorporating D.C. as a municipality. It has nothing to do with forming a corporation.
