I think what he is saying is that we need to be helping to tear that system apart. We need to band together, figure out actions that each of us can do to counter them, and refuse to play along with the communists. Yes, I think you are right, something different from normal is going on. I don't pretend to know what, but true Americans are not going to be tricked or forced into authoritarianism, so it would be natural that they are doing something to fight this incursion, but we have to do our part.
