If all those senators really vote to convict... then that means they’re all knowingly (black and white terms) breaking the constitution.

The senators have also asked to vote in private to hide their votes from the voting base. If For the People 2021 bill passes it won't matter as voting will be a free for all and welcome to US of Venezuela, our votes will never count.
