Your right he had gaffes before.

Joe, he's a straight up racist. He keeps forgetting not to say the inside part out loud. The 'cognitive' decline is noticeabe too.

At the end of the day, I'm more inclined to believe he's mentally shot rather than being replaced.
But as Trump said, we're dealing with some sick people, hopefully we can see all their dirty dealing soon.
