Well I am NOT citizen of United States of America and I say it is PERFECTLY RIGHT if SpaceX is not hiring people not being citizens of USA

You are not citizen,and your loyality is not sure - you shall not ask for job being even near things crucial for national security of the state.Period. It is a good thing. Advantage of SpaceX in REUSABLE rocket space technology is belonging to United States of America. Period. Sharing those technology with other countries would be bad for USA national interests in space. Probably also against USA military interests.

I really think those your officials from DOJ shall be accused of TREASON now.
