Nope, it's happening outside of the US too in much the same manner and time scale. It's very obvious.

The WHO statement was an in your face move. It was ready to rock 13th Jan (which is when it was more likely to have been implemented to time the drop) but the release was not published until the 20th Jan. So I guess it could not be claimed it had such a quick effect, but if you count from 13th Jan date on the WHO release, then it most probably was communicated and put into effect. It's a bit back slapping setup.

One global authority rubber stamps, the rest follow, like it is some beautiful process of rigours oversight when it is nothing but a facade to hide the very real centralisation of power a global scale away from sovereign states.
