First position in a DuckDuckGo search, but if a newbie tries to get here via Google - well I gave up after page 16

I tried searching on "q, qanon, the great awakening," on google, and there might be some sites listed in the first few pages where the url could be left in reviews? Audible.com, amazon, ebay, joom.com, ?
