Bezos isn't stepping down from shit. He's been named Amazon's Board Chairman. He did this so he can deal with China/CCP. He didn't make this decision UNTIL he found out the CCP ONLY deals with Board Chairmen, not lowly CEO's. CEO's still have a boss, the Chairman of the Board of Director's. It's like this in every Corp. He's not walking away from anything.

He just gained more power by doing this.
