What historically happens to people of Christian faith when they publically express their faith in God's plan?

Why would this be projected en masse to be "violent and dangerous"?

What can a government do when it designates a group of people as "violent and dangerous"?

What can they NOT do if the group were to be considered a "religious" group?

Who benefits from deliberately seperating the Divine Plan from Q as if they are mutually exclusive?
