peculiar to say the least.... remember when celebs coming out as gay or lesbian was a thing and would get them loads of media attention.... girl girl onscreen etc.

maybe this is nothing more than that....

all publicity is good publicity when you are an attention whore

can be utter BS. just a publicity campaign

think Madonna and Gaga how they go about creating scandal and attention grabbing

can also be a convenient way to hide the truth in plain sight...

next week, he will come out and say it was all a publicity campaign - jokes on you...

then anything resembling this will be considered BS.
