The planning for the party started in JFK's time. The execution is being left up to Trump. I think the dominos are starting to fall and it will pickup speed, but patience is essential right now. When the time comes there will be a complete black out, hence the reason we were told to notice the EMS broadcast system. This is how Trump will communicate with the masses when it happens.
