Well step one is to fix the electoral system because enough states are Dominion or Dominion-adjacent that they can choose candidates just with those.

On the precinct level, it's still paper ballots. A precinct where I am is about 500 voters total. Typically, you can be elected as a leader with 10 or so signatures.
