Watch the water ? Interesting, I see a flag on my Home state in Australia, tsunamis are non existent here.
This particular fault often has large earthquakes, but the fault itself is "greasy" (i.e., slides smoothly rather than jerking), and tsunamis typically lower than they would be elsewhere with a subduction quake of the same magnitude.
