Juan McCullum, who was general counsel for the Delegate, Stacey Plaskett, was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of cyber-stalking for stealing nude photos and videos of Plaskett and her husband and leaking them online.
McCullum was featured on the VH1 reality show 'I Love New York' in 2007. In an episode he is seen getting into an altercation with the leading lady New York, who says 'He is a woman trapped in a man's body.' He also gets into a physical altercation with crew members.
Plaskett is a lawyer and former congressional staffer who won her seat in Nov. 2014.
Plaskett was born in Brooklyn to parents from St. Croix in the Virigin Islands. In addition to her work for the House Ethics Committee, Plaskett served in the Justice Department and Bronx district attorney's office.
