I honestly don't know what is what anymore after seeing how the impeachment was allowed to continue. They forged evidence & that was brought to light.

I think they'll argue that impeachment isn't a criminal trial and therefore it doesn't count towards double jeopardy.

You can’t be tried for the same crime twice. But you also can’t impeach a private citizen lol. These people are communist not Americans and the sooner we start calling them what they are the better.
