Eh, she died rather quickly and had a history of heart problems. It's seems unlikely the vaccine would cause insta death unless it had some sort of poisonous effect. If that was the case, we would be seeing this a lot more often since millions of people have received a shot. I know everyone gets all worked up over this stuff, but people die all the time. Statistically, when you are vaccinating millions of people, the majority of which are old or have health problems, every once in a while this will happen. Most people will never win the lottery, but every so often it does happen.
Think about the covid attributed deaths and how most of those people were going to die anyway. Same thing here.
Yes, with preexisting conditions virtually anything could have set her on a downward spiral and caused her death.
She could have had an adverse reaction to the vaccine that MOST people will not. That is entirely plausible.
So why hide that???
This case is probably the best case scenario for somebody dying after vaccination if you are part of big pharma and wish to provide people with facts about the vaccine.
It is very easily explained with a combination of age and preexisting conditions and probably (if they were honest) would not sway any real person one way or the other from getting or refusing the vaccine. Very simply put, "Shit Happens".
The problem is that anyone with half a brain knows that if a perfectly healthy person (or as healthy as can be under her particular circumstances) gets a shot and dies 20 minutes (standard observation time) later then said shot is likely responsible for the cause of death or at bare minimal contributed to the cause of death.
Their outright speedy denial over this death and others with no proof otherwise tells you they are hiding something.

Correlation≠causation
It's likely this women would have died that morning if she had never even left her house. Using your logic, if someone goes into cardiac arrest while eating a cheeseburger, that cheeseburger likely played a role in the person's death. Saturated fats have been linked to heart attacks after all. But we know that isn't true.
Now if say, 5 or 6 people all eating the same restaurant all died within 30 mins of eating a burger in a week's period, well now you gotta do some investigating.
I'm confused as to why you are assuming the vaccine must have played a role in her death. Again, 37 million people have been vaccinated already, even a very rare reaction should cause 100s, if not 1000s of deaths already.
Statically, even at a .001% death rate, one would still be more likey to die from contracting covid than the vaccine. If the vaccine caused that level of Insta death, there would already be 400k deaths.
For a 75 year old with heart issues, the likelihood of dying from covid is closer to 1% or maybe even 10%
Could this vaccine cause health problems down the road? Sure, nobody can say otherwise. But I'm just not seeing the data that it's causing instantaneous death.

Except patients with heart problems are fully aware that said cheeseburger could cause them to go into cardiac arrest.
That is not the case here.
The elderly are being told how safe the vaccine is and dropping dead minutes after getting injected.
Had the doctors been forthcoming and told the lady she was risking death by taking the vaccine (like the burger eater knows the burger can kill him) then the lady could have made an informed decision.

You're kind of missing the point here.
