Why did Huber resign? He was prominently mentioned in early Q posts regarding the increase in sealed indictments.

IIRC Huber was investigating the Clinton Foundation, and the rumor has been flying around that his work was rolled into Durham's investigation of the origins of Russiagate. Both men resigned as US attorneys this past week. What is important however is that Barr made Durham a special counsel back in October of last year, and Durham has not resigned that post.
